In the past the large scale commercial exploitation of South African bulbs was done overseas.
Now for the first time is there a business at Nieuwoudtville that grows bulbs from the Cape Flora Kingdom. This project should be visited in Spring as the bulbs in flower are quite a sight!. Hopefully this project will continue to expand and help bring our winter growing bulbs into our gardens in South Africa and overseas.
